Thanksgiving is one full week from today and I couldn't be more excited! While I'm not personally cooking the meal, I am going to cook parts of the meal and I've been thrilled to find some unique and delicious recipes popping up. Most of these have been pinned to my Beautiful Foods board on Pinterest so if you'd like to see more delicious recipes, check it out!!
First up is this delicious bacon stuffing. While I'm not a huge fan of onions (no thanks!) this stuffing looks amazing. Usually, I cook the stuffing on the stovetop and let it crisp up in the oven next to the bird. The flavors blend together and taste delicious!
Cranberry sauce is one of the highlights for my Thanksgiving dinner. Seriously. The canned stuff doesn't hold a candle, but it works in a bind. I prefer the crisp tartness of fresh cranberry sauce. This basic recipe is one of my favorites and always is a success as long as you don't burn it on the bottom of the pan!
Do you put a blanket of bacon on your turkey? If not, I suggest you reevaluate your life. Second favorite part of Thanksgiving, right behind the cranberry sauce!
Lastly, if I wasn't allergic to almonds, I would be devouring this beautiful dish. Pan roasted green beans with almonds. Looks delicious!
Next up, dessert ideas and I'm debating about a post about what to wear for your Thanksgiving meal. Should I? :)
